Shipments are typically not guaranteed on weekends or public holidays. However, shipment on these days may occur at our discretion depending on operational capacity and courier availability.

Delivery usually takes 4-10 business days after shipment but may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and external factors such as weather or logistics delays.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the package size, weight, and destination and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For orders below ₹2000, a shipping fee applies unless otherwise specified for certain products.
We reserve the right to modify shipping fees based on courier rates and package handling requirements.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number(s).
Tracking information will generally become active within 24 hours but may occasionally be delayed based on the courier’s system.
Please note that tracking updates and delivery times depend on the courier service and may not always be immediate.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we ship only within India, customs duties do not apply.
If in the future we offer international shipping, all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Liability for Damage or Loss
Hooga Farms Private Limited is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or loss to both the courier and us within 24 hours with photographic or video evidence.
For claims regarding damaged products, please retain all packaging materials and submit an uncut video of the package opening as proof.
8. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier service delays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If your package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
