General Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under specific conditions. Due to the sensitive nature of agricultural products like seeds, we do not accept returns unless the product meets the eligibility criteria listed below.
Eligible Return Cases
1. Damaged or Defective Product
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or unusable:
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
An uncut opening video and supporting images are required.
Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or appropriate resolution.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered
If the item received differs from what was ordered (e.g., wrong seed variety):
Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Include photo or video evidence for verification.
We will initiate a return pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost.
3. Product Not as Described
If you believe the product does not match the website description:
You may raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
We encourage customers to review product images, demo videos, and other resources before purchase.
Non-Eligible Return Scenarios
Returns are not accepted for dissatisfaction related to seed performance, germination, or growing results, unless there is a verified physical issue or mismatch.
Refused deliveries may be subject to cancellation, handling, or restocking fees.
Used items or items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Returns without prior approval from our support team will be rejected.
Refunds for Returns
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 14 bank working days and credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, customers must provide bank account details via email or phone to receive the refund.
Shipping fees and reservation charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team via email at support@hoogaseeds.com or through the Contact Page on our website.
Provide your Order ID, delivery date, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos/videos).
Wait for our team’s confirmation and instructions.
Ship the item back to us or allow pickup (if eligible). Use a trackable courier service if returning manually.
Important Notes
Do not return any product without contacting us and receiving return authorization.
The return request window closes 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Hooga Farms Private Limited is not liable for delays in refund caused by the customer’s bank.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
1. Before Shipment
Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
You must contact our support team immediately via support@hoogaseeds.com or call (+91) 93617 42302 to request cancellation.
2. After Shipment
Orders cancelled after shipment will be treated as a Return.
In such cases, applicable courier charges and/or restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
The product must be returned in unused condition and original packaging for any refund to be processed.
3. Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at the time of delivery may be subject to:
Order cancellation fee
Shipping charges
Restocking fees
These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible cancellations and returns are initiated within 14 bank working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details via email or phone.
Reservation fees, shipping charges, and any other non-refundable service fees are not included in the refund.
Failed Transactions / Unconfirmed Orders
If your payment is deducted but the order was not confirmed or placed:
The debited amount will be refunded to your bank/card within 15 working days.
If the refund is not received within that time, contact support@hoogaseeds.com with your Order ID and Transaction Reference Number.
Cancellation by Hooga Farms
In rare cases, Hooga Farms Private Limited may cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability
Technical issues
Operational constraints
If we cancel the order:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For COD orders, we will contact you to collect bank details for the refund.

Hooga Farms Private Limited is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by the customer’s bank or payment gateway.
