Are you looking to work with nature, interested to know more about how food grows in fields?

As well as someone who’s willing to get their hands dirty, working on the fields managing other farm activities.

Our key objectives are conservation, preservation and multiplying native seeds that are non-gmo, on the verge of extinction, as seeds being the most critical input in agriculture, the right to seed is no more with farmers who grow our food. HOOGA strongly believe together we can make a long lasting impact on seeds sovereignty and revive lost seeds to grow more nutritious foods.

The person we are looking for is someone that has an existing passion for nature, ecology and the environment and has good people skills to be able to engage with the local community and build good relationships. They do not necessarily need to have any formal qualifications in the same, but existing knowledge or experience is always helpful. 

Basic English is a must, alongside Tamil.
